What is Emotional Transformational Therapy?

ETT is a scientific method that changes feeling states with light and color. By briefly discussing emotional or physical distress, exposing one’s eyes to colors that match those emotions, and altering the angle at which light enters the eyes, the person’s feelings are alleviated.

ETT® provides relief and solutions for many ailments…

  • Acute Trauma, PTSD

  • Depression

  • Anxiety Disorders

  • Addiction—substance and behavioral

  • Couples Therapy

  • Spirituality and Religion

  • Somatic Conditions—Chronic pain, accident recovery, stress components of illness

  • OCD

  • Adult ADD/ADHD

  • Certain brain injuries

  • Sleep issues

ETT aids in addressing conditions like trauma and addictions that often stem from unconscious areas of the brain. ETT can uncover the reasons, intentions, trauma, and emotions behind undesirable symptoms to bring about dramatic change. Like all therapeutic modalities ETT works best when clients are emotionally involved.

It is important to note that ETT can cause swift and meaningful changes beyond expectations. Clients often ask, “Is this real?” or “How is this change even possible?'“ Such emotions are typical and indicate the need to change to appreciate ETT’s exceptional results.

ETT has amazing research and results, but it is not a panacea. Client-therapist rapport must be based on understanding, positive regard, trust, and empathy. ETT helps clients handle issues fast and effectively using this baseline.

Emotional Transformation Therapy is a progressive method of psychotherapy.

Four innovative modalities are used to specifically affect the brain where trauma and other emotional disturbances: Multi-dimensional eye movement; Spectral resonance technique; Peripheral eye stimulation; Light and frequency; are integrated with therapeutic reprocessing to help achieve relief, often very rapidly -- in as few as one-to-two sessions.

ETT is often compared to EMDR, however it is distinctly unique in its use of the four modalities and use of light and frequency integrated with verbal reprocessing.
